"I have that state farm Insurance with that office this a total scam they keep adding and adding charge with no notification no letter nothing I don’t never have accident the gouvernement need to close that place cause they not doing the right thing every 3 month they keep charging me more money and I have the drive safe so again. Do not go in that specific office cause they will scan you"

Been with another insurance company for so long and for some reason they cancel my policy and when I called them I didn't speak to an agent I have to txt the agent and for being a loyal customer with them for over 30years they didn't want to work with me.. "Terrible Customer Service Skills, very sinister attitude that is very non welcoming and demoralizing! Over prices, harsssing phone calls, and pull your driving record only to quote you a higher price than other local insurance agents! Spoke to Kevin three times and his nasty dispositions caused me to hang up on him! Called back to speak to speak to Dominick Abramo who kept asking me to explain what happened! Obviously he takes up for Kevin and tells me that Kevin is the nicest guy in his office! So how does that make me feel as a customer? Defeated and Demoralized! Dominick proceeds to tell me that State Farm customer services will do NOTHING to fix this situation! All these insurance agents care about his taking your money! Do NOT SEPND YOUR MONEY HERE!!!"

Upon looking up your account the only information I could find was that you had called our office a little over a year ago for a quote. We spoke with you again last November and you shared some information with us on your current insurance policies but we were unable to assist again. Kevin in my office then followed up with you again today to hopefully try to help save you some money. I’m sorry that this follow up seems to have upset you. We were only trying to see if we could help. When you called in I had asked several times what issue we could assist with but you did not share many details with me. "Will not except transfer so I can have an agent closer to my home. Update 20June: I have insurance with Statefarm for over 20 years & while my service in the US Navy(retired). So you publicly saying you cannot find me in system is upsetting. If my insurance changes or I'm get dropped because of this... Because I could not talk while drive when your office called..."
