"Terrible Customer Service Skills, very sinister attitude that is very non welcoming and demoralizing! Over prices, harsssing phone calls, and pull your driving record only to quote you a higher price than other local insurance agents! Spoke to Kevin three times and his nasty dispositions caused me to hang up on him! Called back to speak to speak to Dominick Abramo who kept asking me to explain what happened! Obviously he takes up for Kevin and tells me that Kevin is the nicest guy in his office! So how does that make me feel as a customer? Defeated and Demoralized!
