Jomary joined our team in October 2023 and is licensed in NY, NJ & PA for Property & Casualty. Her top priority is to provide the highest level of service and satisfaction she can while providing her customer with options that fit their needs. She is a mom of three, a 19 year old and 7 year old twins. When she is not working she loves spending time with her family. Her favorite night is movie nights at home with her kids with popcorn and hot chocolate in the winter. Jo's favorite holiday is Christmas!

Chrissy started with our Agency in 2021 as a remote team member all the way from Ohio! She assists our customers with billing, policy documents and any other information they need and keeps us organized so we can better service our policy holders. When she's not working she loves Do it Yourself projects, woodworking, gardening, cooking/baking, sewing – but most of all, spending time with her two granddaughters.

Keith was the first Team Member at our Staten Island office and started with our agency in March 2023. He is a Staten Island native and proud graduate of New Dorp High School. He prides himself on working hard every day to assist customers with any questions regarding their policies, bills, and documents and also assists our account representatives with new business development! When he is not in the office he is busy coaching a travel baseball team, playing pickle ball, playing poker with his friends and hanging out with his girlfriend. He also highly recommends that everyone try pickle ball if you haven't already!

Mia joined our team in 2024. She was born and raised in Albany, NY (with a very short stint in Maryland) and currently resides in Schenectady, NY. She has over 22 years of customer service experience including 10+ in the insurance industry! When she isn't working hard to help our office operate efficiently as possible she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching and going to sporting events (go Baltimore!), music, cooking, crocheting and taking my dog on all kinds of adventures.

Mike joined our Staten Island team in July 2023 with a wealth of experience in the car rental industry where he was a successful Branch Manager for over 7 years. He has hit the ground running since joining and has proven to be a dedicated member of the team with a passion for tackling even the most complex problems and providing customers with a thorough explanation of how their policies & coverages work. His favorite policy to educate customers on is Life Insurance! When not immersed in the world of insurance he enjoys spending quality time with his wife, family and friends. He is our office Formula 1 expert and likes to unwind by playing video games and paintball.
